Red winemaking: Manual selection of the bunches, destemming of the grapes, maceration on the skins, short and frequent pumping over during the tumultuous fermentation, the frequency is reduced at the end of the fermentation

Fermentation container: Steel Fermentation temperature: 25°C

Fermentation duration: 8 days Maceration times on the skins: 15 - 20 days

Malolactic fermentation: Completely carried out after alcoholic fermentation

Aging: 12 months in barriques, of which 25% in new barriques and 75% in second and third passage barriques

Bottle aging: Minimum 6 months Alcohol content: 13 - 14% Vol.
