Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (indigenous yeasts) to preserve the varietal expression and freshness of the fruit.

Aging: 12 months in Etna chestnut barrels and terracotta amphorae. The wine acquires complexity, structure, and an elegant minerality.

Bright straw yellow in color with golden highlights. The bouquet is complex and refined: citrus aromas of bergamot and citron, notes of Mediterranean herbs, and mineral hints of volcanic ash and flint. On the palate, it is vibrant and savory, with an enveloping freshness and a well-balanced structure. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of citrus, white flowers, and an elegant smoky finish.
