VINEYARD EXPOSURE AND ALTITUDE :
NORTH-EAST 700-730 meters above sea level
VINIFICATION AND AGEING: The grapes are harvested by hand, placing them in crates, at the end of October. The grapes are selected first in the vineyard and then in the cellar. The destemmed grapes are fermented in open vats for approximately 15 days, with daily manual punching down. The wine matures in French oak barrels for approximately 9 months. It is then aged in bottles lying flat for a minimum of 6 months.
VIEW: Light ruby red color with garnet reflections with aging.
NOSE: Hints of vanilla, black cherry with subtle notes of flint and red flowers, elegant.
TASTE: Vinous, balanced, smooth on the palate, mineral, markedly savoury with hints of oriental spices and aromatic plants.
