Winemaking

Intense ruby red with garnet highlights. The bouquet is broad and deep, with notes of brandied cherries, blackcurrants, and ripe plums, enriched with nuances of sweet spices, tobacco, leather, and lava stone. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with fine tannins and a vibrant mineral freshness.
The finish is long and persistent, with hints of red fruits, licorice and an elegant smoky note.
