Using exclusively grapes from our vineyards in Salaparuta, with the utmost respect for nature and human labor, we instill the honesty and authenticity of Sicily in every glass of LEONARDA TARDI wine.

 ENJOYABILITY: From now until 2028
 SOIL: Medium-textured clay loam with a good amount of limestone. Gentle west-facing slopes. Altitude 350m. Hilly terrain.
 VINTAGE: The 2021 summer was characterized by abundant rainfall, which led to later ripeness and harvest dates.
 VINIFICATION : The grapes are pressed within 3 hours of being harvested and begin fermentation in steel silos. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Once vinification is complete, the wine is aged for at least 2 years in steel silos.
 APPEARANCE: Deep red
 TASTING NOTES: A bright red color immediately opens to a fresh and interesting bouquet. An excellent Nero d'Avola.
 On the palate, the high sapidity and minerality, typical of Salaparuta, stand out.
