A wine made from Syrah and Merlot grapes. A ruby-red wine with abundant chromatic notes in intensity and hue. On the nose, it is very intense and complex, with evident notes of morello cherry, blueberry, and plum. It is ample on the palate, with an alcohol content appropriate to its structure. Very persistent on the palate, rich in extractives, resulting in a clearly full-bodied and extremely pleasant wine thanks to its very persistent smoothness.
 It's an excellently balanced wine, full-bodied and smooth. Excellent with roasts and meats, game, braised meats, and stews. It pairs well with mature cheeses. Serve at room temperature (18°C).
