 Wine obtained from Syrah and Merlot grapes. A ruby-colored wine with abundant chromatic notes in intensity and tonality. Very intense on the nose, complex, with evident notes of morello cherry, blueberry, plum. Ample in the mouth with an alcohol content adequate to the structure. Very persistent on the palate, rich in extractive substances, such as to be of an evident and very pleasant body for its very persistent softness.
 It is a wine of excellent balance, full and soft. Excellent with roasts and meats, game, braised and stewed meats. It goes well with mature cheeses. Serve at room temperature (18° C).
