from slightly dried grapes
Hand-picked into small crates, the grapes are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C. The grapes are then aged in stainless steel tanks and French oak barriques for six months. They then age in the bottle for another month before being released for sale.
It features an intense ruby red color. It has an enveloping aroma with dominant notes of red berries, harmoniously blending with notes of spice, red berry jam, and morello cherry. On the palate, it is rich, ample, and persistent, distinguished by a pleasant freshness typical of the grape variety. An ideal accompaniment to grilled meats, vegetables, and risottos.
