Red soil, medium consistency, from sub-Apennine sands, of Pliocene origin and of calcareous nature.

Winemaking:

Manual selection of the bunches, destemming followed by 12 days of maceration on the skins; after racking, malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.

Aging: Steel for 4 months and in bottle for at least 4 months

Bottle: 75 CL
