VEGAN WINE
The elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon is enhanced in the hills between Marsala and Salemi. Harvested by hand in small crates, the grapes are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
Stainless steel and French oak barriques for 6 months. Aged for one month in bottle before being released for sale.
It features an intense ruby red color. It is characterized by an enveloping aroma with dominant notes of red berries, harmoniously blended with elegant herbaceous and spicy notes. On the palate, it is rich, ample, and persistent, distinguished by the velvety tannins typical of the grape variety. An ideal companion for truffle-based dishes, soups, risottos, and grilled meats.
