 Grapes: Nero d'Avola
 The entirely eastern exposure favors direct radiation from the first light of the morning, immediately after the coldest moment of the day, causing a sort of limited temperature range directly on the bunches and leaves.
 Tasting Notes: Hedonis expresses an extremely broad aromatic profile with notes of dried red fruit (plum, cherry, and raspberry), mustard, and sweet spices, with hints of vanilla, almond, and tobacco deriving from the wood aging. On the palate, it expresses a powerful yet velvety structure, viscous and juicy, with soft, sweet tannins.
 Pairings: It pairs well with medium-fat red meats, baked and grilled fish and very mature cheeses.
