 Refinement
 The refinement took place for 12 months in new French oak barriques.
 The barriques used were selected from the best cooperages with fine and extra-fine grain and predominantly medium intensity toasting.
 The wine is then aged for almost 2 years in the bottle.
 At the table
 Pair with roast and braised meats, first courses with ragù and rack of lamb.
 Try it with savory stewed fish dishes. Serve in large glasses, and uncork a couple of hours in advance. Serve at 18°C.
