Grape variety: Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon
 VEGAN WINE
 Our red. Despite its distinct Sicilian character, it is an elegant wine, born in the vineyard, after a careful selection of the vineyards for our cru. Hand-picked into small crates, the grapes are destemmed and the skins macerated in temperature-controlled fermenters for 10 days at a temperature between 26 and 28°C; malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in barriques and tonneaux for approximately a year. It then completes its evolution in the bottle for approximately 6 months.
