Sweet oriental spices and a subtle hint of toasted cocoa accompany the wine throughout the tasting. The fruitiness is clear, with notes of vanilla and leather on the finish. On the palate, it is harmonious and enveloping, with a light mineral note.

Produced in western Sicily, on its own estates in Casale a Buseto Palizzolo, the cradle of peasant wisdom of ancient Monte San Giuliano (Erice).
Production technique:
Manual harvesting of the grapes into crates with careful selection. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and left to rest on the skins for 21 days at 25°C. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel; the wine is aged for approximately 6 months in barriques.
Pairing:
It pairs well with marinated and grilled lamb chops, or with parmigiana and mature cheeses.
